We acquired the older administrative building from Distributie Energie Oltenia and SEO in 2017 and completed its extensive renovation in 2018. A former state-owned company building became a modern office address for Pitești.
The premises opened in stages while construction was still in progress. In less than two years, the building was fully let to around 60 tenants, including publisher Paralela 45, IT company Textrone, political party USR and bakery Vel Pitar.
We sold the project in 2022.
