(The place and its story)

A new setting
for city living.

House Bratislavská brings 67 homes to the centre of Brno, from compact apartments to spacious family flats. Services, culture and everyday city life are close at hand.

Both residential buildings were fully renovated and modernised, with new fifth and sixth floors adding further homes. The design combines comfort, contemporary interiors and safety. An outdoor relaxation area with greenery and seating completes the development.
